This post is mainly for a certain someone who likes my taste in music....lol. It's nice to show people that not all Christian music is b-o-r-i-n-g. Yes, worship music is awesome, but you can worship God through fast music as well! God's people danced and praised and shouted to Him all through the Bible! They also played all sorts of instruments. There's so much variety nowadays in the Christian music industry, than there was when I was a youth. :) Yes, I only listen to Christian music now because I don't need the secular stuff! I can have whatever music that fits my mood that day: slow and peaceful, rock, pop, jazzy, hip hop, etc. And the awesome thing is--it all brings me back to thinking about my number one love--God!! :)
So, here's the list of all the artists I listen to. Feel free to youtube them all and check 'em out:

Okay, just to clear up a few things, in case any readers missed what I said in my previous post. I was stressing the fact to not freak out and worry in these times and to live by faith. BUT I did not say anything about not preparing! Just in case anyone else missed what I had said, I'll re-quote myself:
"Ask God what you need to do to care for or prepare for your family, do it, then move on to help the lost."

So, what should we all do? Especially as Christians? Maybe we should all panic like all the non Christians out there and invest all our money into making a huge plastic bubble and stock up on military MRE's and astronaut food and liquids to last for 50+ years. We can just be a commune living off the simplest things...LOL! !!!! *snort*
No, seriously, God gave us brains to have wisdom to make good decisions and be smart. On the other hand, everywhere in the Bible God tells us not to worry, stress, have anxiety or fear. Even if it looks like we'll all blow up to pieces, we still are to remain calm and have trust in God. We gave our lives over to Him and we are His. This is actually the perfect opportunity to provide hope for all those who aren't saved by introducing Jesus to them and let them see by our actions how calm and peaceful we are in the midst of chaos. THEY are the ones who should be freakin' out and worrying because they aren't even going to heaven! They need a Saviour and they need Him now. Let's all take this opportunity to pour our energies into the hurting world right now and leave our own welfare in God's hands. He promised to NEVER leave us or forsake us. Ask God what you need to do to care for or prepare for your family, do it, then move on to help the lost.
We all need to refresh our memories and read Matthew 6:25-34 about worry. I know we have all heard it before, but we need to go back and have it sink into our hearts so we actually live it out and not just preach it! My favorite part is:
"So do not worry, saying 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. BUT SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW, FOR TOMORROW WILL WORRY ABOUT ITSELF. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:31-34)
Remember to combat all fear with faith...

Due to some recent circumstances, I've decided to not post any more personal things or pictures on this blog. SO, if any friends or family want to know what's going on in our lives, then join me on myspace or facebook. This blog will solely be for whatever God wants me to share with the world.
Thank you...

An interesting idea I'm passing along to all who are against abortion on-demand, especially so-called "partial-birth abortion" which would be reinstated if FOCA is passed.
An empty red envelope will be a quiet, but clear message to the President. Get a red envelope. You can buy them at Kinkos, or at party supply stores. On the front, address it to:
